Events
Fun for the whole family!
CVH holds events throughout the year, allowing the kids to socialize, have fun, and form a community. These events are organized by our wonderful parent volunteers who make up our Events Committee. Families can sign up to do as many as they would like. Our events make for some memorable experiences which we get to relive in our yearbook each year, and always provide a fun and safe place for families to get to know one another and have fun!
Activities/events in the past have included things like museum and theater trips, hiking, apple picking, putt putt golf, bowling, game nights, paintball, laser tag, skating, art fair, talent show, kayaking, and let's not forget our unforgettable pumpkin derby!
Coordinate
CVH members are encouraged to join a committee. Those on the Events Committee can help plan and organize events throughout the year. Have a favorite family outing? Why not make it a CVH event!
Sign Ups
CVH holds special sign up nights for members to sign their children up for each session's fun events and activities. Members who volunteered to help with events in the past will get priority for sign up nights.
Special Teen Events
In addition to our regular CVH events, we also have special events throughout the year designed especially for teens age 13-18yrs. old. We know that teens like to have their own times together, so we create special events with them in mind. Just some examples of teen events in the past have included teen game night, MB2 racing, scavenger hunt, amazing escape, minute to win it, paintball, career nights, and even a themed fall dance, spectacular prom, and a graduation night for seniors! Parents still volunteer to chaperone and together, we make sure our teens have a fun and safe time.
